Sharpness on delivery

✔ The knives are pre-sharpened by Kirschen at the factory.
✔ Before first use, the blades must be finely honed with a sharpening stone or honing leather.

The blades are already prepared upon delivery, but do not yet have their final carving sharpness. Fine honing gives the knives optimal sharpness for clean and controlled cuts.
