Sharpness upon delivery

✔ The knives are pre-sharpened by Kirschen at the factory.
✔ Before first use, the edges must be finely stropped with a whetstone or stropping leather.

The edges are already prepared upon delivery, but do not yet have their final carving sharpness. Fine stropping will give the knives optimal sharpness for clean and controlled cuts.
