Sharpness upon delivery

✔ The knives are pre-sharpened at the factory by Kirschen.
✔ Before first use, the edges must be finely stropped with a sharpening stone or stropping leather.

The edges are already prepared upon delivery, but they do not yet have their final carving sharpness. Fine stropping will give the knives optimal sharpness for clean and controlled cuts.
