Sharpness upon delivery

✔ The knives are pre-sharpened by Kirschen at the factory.
✔ Before first use, the edges must be finely stropped with a sharpening stone or leather strop.

The edges are prepared upon delivery, but do not yet have their final carving sharpness. By fine stropping, the knives achieve optimal sharpness for clean and controlled cuts.
