Shipping countries – important information

✔ Austria:
Austrian parcels are shipped daily; delivery usually takes 2–3 business days . Orders placed by 11:00 AM on December 18th are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas (excluding pre-orders/sold-out items).

✔ Germany:
Shipping takes place 3 times a week . The usual delivery time is 2–4 working days . The Christmas guarantee also applies to orders placed by 11:00 AM on December 18th .
